Kirkland, WA, (April 20, 2008) - EZdigs is challenging the standard real estate formula with a business model based on attractive discounts to sellers. Who knew that discounted real estate could be so earth friendly? Since establishment, EZdigs has built their business on values that are money saving & environmentally savvy at the same time. "We do everything we can by way of the internet," said Mike Satterlee, president of EZdigs. The brokerage uses information provided by the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS) which is available only to registered agents who are subscribers of the service, and combines that information with monthly data from other sources, (for example, numbers of "Homes that are Pending" or homes that are under contract but not yet closed) to provide real-time real estate trends to consumers. Ezdigs.com presents the information in an easy-to-comprehend, visually graphical format. Ezdigs.com graphs compare sales year-to-year (for example, September 2005 to September 2006), month-by-month (for example, August 2006 to September 2006), and county-by-county. The data includes information for King, Snohomish, Pierce, Kitsap, Thurston, and Whatcom counties. Each home’s website features visual imagery by a professional photographer, and an e-flyer for prospects to quickly download or email with key information about the home, its unique features, and the surrounding community.
The user-friendly search engine allows buyers to search listings and find their homes of choice by inputting criteria, such as on location and cost. Buyers set their search parameters just once and new listings meeting their criteria are emailed as soon as they come on the market. Once a buyer is ready to view prospective homes, they contact an ezdigs.com agent to set up tours. When a decision is made to make an offer, the buyer has full transaction support from initial negotiations through closing.
