How We Roll
When you partner with EZdigs our knowledgeable agents will work hard to earn your trust and respect. Your agent will be there every step of the way to skillfully guide you through the nuances of buying a home.
Save Time
Use our Saved Search capability to find homes that peak your interest. Don’t like our search interface – that’s OK there are plenty out there so feel free to use any of them, just be sure to send us the homes you want to see. We’ll send you detailed data on your favorite homes, including "Agent Only Remarks" that are not shared on any other websites. This gives you immediate access to virtually all of the information available on any active listing. By setting up your search – you are in control and we don’t waste your time by showing you homes that you don’t want to see. If surfing the web looking for homes isn’t for you, that’s OK too. Send us your criteria and we’ll set up an automated search for you. Homes that match your criteria will be emailed to you and you can still choose only the ones you want to go and see.
Showing Homes:
You will work directly with one of our knowledgeable agents from start to finish. Feel free to review our agents bio’s here. Pick the one you like and contact them direct. Or if you prefer we can assign one to you based on your geographical area. Once you’ve selected an agent that person will be your primary point of contact throughout your search, your contract negotiations, inspections and closing. Your agent will be on point for the home search as well as coordination between, escrow, title, lender, etc.
Negotiations:
All of our agents at EZdigs are experienced and knowledgeable. We have closed hundreds of successful transactions between us. In fact we have agents who have closed hundreds of transactions individually! Working with an experienced agent gives you an edge unlike any other. Working with experienced agents is simply smarter – experience mitigates risk and improves one’s chances for success.
Your Purchase:
Finally – you have a home under contract… now what? Don’t worry – we’ve got it from here. We work with a team of experts that can handle your transaction with ease. After all that’s why we call it "EZdigs". We’ll make negotiations EZ with electronic signatures, no need to meet or fax back and forth every time you need to initial something. You simply sign via email on your computer. We work with all of the local title and escrow companies and can help with lenders and inspectors as well. We’ll be there for your inspection and will keep close tabs on your transaction with our in house transaction coordinator – you’ll always be in the know. And finally we’ll be there to hand off the keys to your new home!
